At Cineflicks, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable streaming experience for all our subscribers. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer the following Refund Policy for any purchases made on our platform.

1.⁠ ⁠Subscription Charges

Subscriptions to Cineflicks are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Once a subscription plan is purchased, it is considered final. You may, however, cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to stop future billing. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.

2.⁠ ⁠Billing Errors

In the event of a billing error, such as being charged incorrectly for your subscription or extra fees not authorized, please contact our support team at hello@cineflicks.in. We will investigate the issue and issue a refund or credit if necessary, subject to verification of the error.

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Request for Unused Content

Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued for content that has already been accessed or streamed. If you have technical difficulties accessing content and the issue cannot be resolved, please reach out to our customer support, and we will work to resolve the problem or offer you an alternative solution.

4.⁠ ⁠Free Trial

If you sign up for a free trial and later decide not to continue with a paid subscription, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. No charges will be applied if canceled within the trial period.

5.⁠ ⁠Cancellation of Service

In cases where we terminate or suspend your account due to violation of our terms and conditions, no refunds will be provided for any subscription fees.

6.⁠ ⁠How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team via email at hello@cineflicks.in. Include details of your subscription, the issue you’re facing, and your account information. We will respond to your request within 7 business days.

7.⁠ ⁠Refund Process

Approved, Refunds will be credited into the amount in your registered bank account within  7-14 days.

8.⁠ ⁠Changes to Refund Policy

Cineflicks reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
